By visiting our website and utilizing our AI-powered Excel tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Use (Terms of Service), which constitute a legally binding agreement. 1. Scope and Nature of Service

TabloYaz is an innovative, AI-assisted tool developed to simplify complex Excel operations, accelerate formula generation processes, and make data analysis more accessible through natural language processing capabilities. Our system generates dynamic, downloadable, and editable spreadsheets in .xlsx format based on the inputs (prompts) you provide. Our service is currently provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running seamlessly 24/7, TabloYaz cannot be held liable for any service interruptions or access issues resulting from technical maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen system failures.

2. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

While using our platform, you commit to acting in accordance with the law, general moral principles, and the terms of this agreement. It is strictly prohibited to use our AI tools to generate spreadsheets that organize illegal activities, attempt to design malware, plan spam campaigns, or produce content that violates the intellectual property rights, privacy, or trade secrets of third parties. Attempting to manipulate the system using automated bots, scraping tools, or methods that impose unauthorized and excessive loads on our API will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your service access.

3. Disclaimer of Liability and Accuracy

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are rapidly evolving systems based on statistical models. Consequently, the Excel formulas, calculations, datasets, chart recommendations, or text generated by TabloYaz may not always be 100% accurate, complete, or perfectly suited to your current situation. Before using the outputs generated by our system in critical business decisions, the creation of official financial statements, academic research, or the preparation of legally binding documents, they must be independently verified by experts or thoroughly checked by yourself. TabloYaz assumes no legal responsibility for any potential errors contained within the generated files, nor for any direct or indirect material/moral damages, data losses, or business interruptions caused by these errors.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyrights

The overall design, logos, source codes, interface, proprietary algorithms, and the entire software architecture enabling the platform's operation are the exclusive property of TabloYaz and are protected by international copyright laws. However, the ownership of the specific Excel files (outputs) custom-generated for you by the AI as a result of the commands (prompts) you enter, along with the right to use them freely for commercial or individual purposes, belongs entirely to you. You are free to share, edit, or sell the files you obtain using our system.

5. Modifications and Jurisdiction

The management of TabloYaz reserves the right to unilaterally modify, update, or unpublish this Terms of Use document, the content of the services offered, pricing policies, or platform features at any time, without prior notice to users. Any updates take effect the moment they are published on the website. In the resolution of any legal disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this agreement, international commercial laws and the laws of the jurisdiction where TabloYaz is headquartered shall apply, and the relevant courts shall be considered fully authorized.
